Super nice owner (uhh, I think she's the owner?) She gave me recommendations about what's in season/what their most popular fruit combo is before I had to ask. Apparently it's passion fruit season, so that's perfect because I like passion fruit. And I was told passion fruit + mango was a popular combo, so I went with that. The smoothie was blended nicely. Fine ice. Fresh fruit. It's very tart and the mango was very sweet so it balanced out well. I also grabbed a bag of the lihing dried fruit mix. I'm not a fan of it though - I've had better.
There is limited parking by Fancy Fresh and the lot can be hard to back out of but the drinks are so good! There might also be a line coming out of the door since the shop is small. However, the smoothies are made pretty quickly and each time I go, I am given samples of different smoothies while waiting in line. There are a variety of smoothie offerings and some of my favorites are the honeydew, papaya mango milk, and coffee smoothies. You can also buy fruits from the shop, which you can see as you wait in line. Pricing is pretty reasonable and if you bring back the 32 oz jar, you get a discount. Each time I come back, the service is super friendly and efficient. This is a great go-to smoothie spot, especially for a hot day!
Fresh and tasty smoothies. They have tons of options where you can pick 2 types of fruit. They have fresh and dried fruit too if you prefer that. Service is quick and friendly. They also do refills if you have a jar from a previous visit. There's a very small parking lot right after the store.
Before going to Hawaii, I had seen a few Instagram reels showing Fancy Fresh Food and we decided to stop by! After our hike at Diamond Head, Hubby and I stopped by for a refreshing drink! There's a small parking lot on the side of the building. It wasn't busy during the time that we went, so we were lucky to get parking and no wait while ordering. Upon arrival we were greeted. Shop is small and have other items around that you can purchase. We opt to go with the Lilikoi mix fruit tea. It was tart but so refreshing! Good thing hubby and I shared as it was a big cup! We also ordered one of their mango shaved ice to share. It was so delicious! The lady there was so kind and checked on us while we were there enjoying our treat! Drink and dessert was amazing. Definitely a spot to come back to. Will be trying different items next time we are there!
I've seen Fancy Fresh in so many Instagram reels and TikTok's recently, so I had to see what the hype was about! I got to sample a few of the drinks. I forget which one I tried, but it had a lot of greens in it and was super refreshing. Maddy was super kind and friendly. I ended up sharing the watermelon lychee, which was so refreshing and delicious! Everything was so fresh, and there were even whole pieces of lychee inside. I felt like it was a really fair price point given the high quality ingredients they use. The inside of the shop was super cute. They were selling a lot of unique fruits, which I would definitely consider buying in the future. The only downside of this place is the parking. It seemed like there was a parking lot to the side, but the stalls looked tiny and crowded. I think there's street parking, but luckily I was nearby and could just walk.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into this little shop was the smell of the fresh fruits, especially the guava! It's a small hole in the wall run by a friendly mom and daughter duo. You can order right off their menu or customize your own juice flavor up to 2-3 fruits. I had their strawberry guava juice and it was refreshing and not too sweet. They also sell fruits, snacks, and a bunch of other crack seed goodies. The only downside is the parking... their lot is really small so I don't recommend parking in there because you might get stuck. There is street parking right across the shop, but can also get busy depending on the time of day :(
Ordered the mango strawberry kumquat smoothie, it was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Fancy fresh is a small shop but has so much selection when it comes to smoothies as well as their assortment of fresh fruits and refrigerated items such as kimchee or pickled ginger. The workers there are very sweet and I love that you can reuse your jar for your next visit, as well as the lids that they give you so do you can drink straight out of your glass.
I got strawberry/guava. It was pretty good. Not as sweet as I expected which is a good sign. Daughter in-law had Mango Sour Sop which was delicious and not all slimy. Coffee boba drink was good too but I didn't try the boba. Service was great! Those two ladies were very nice. They also have Crackseed stuff and snacks in there..
I don't know why I didn't come sooner! They're kind of in a spot that can be hard for parking. They do have some stalls next to the building. Getting in is no problem but getting out is a little rough as you have to reverse all the way out to the Main Street. One time I was blocked in and had to go to each store to see who's car was blocking me in. They have lots of fruits inside. Cut and uncut for purchase. I opted for the blended fruit drink in a jar for $10. You can choose up to 2 fruits. Bring back the jar and get a refill for $7. So far I tried the watermelon and watermelon + lychee. They're also dog friendly and will give your dog a little sample of your drink.
Fresh fruit drinks and no added syrups? Yes please! I saw postings on instagram of this place and had to go and try it. Located next to Dew Drop Inn, there's a very small parking lot next to the building. Be prepared to wait as there tends to be line. The moment you walk into the small shop, you smell an array of sweet tropical fruits. You can order drinks for $7 or you can purchase a reusable mason jar for $10. When you return with the mason jar, refills are $7. Menu consists of different types of fresh fruit smoothies, teas, and more. We ordered the fruit soda which consisted of watermelon, lychee, mango, lilikoi, strawberries, mint leaves, and club soda. It was so delicious and refreshing. We couldn't rave enough about it. We kept adding water since there was so much fruits inside of it. It took me 2 days to finish. Definitely 10/10. We'll be back to try some of their other drinks. The power green smoothie and the salted kumquat lemonade is next on our list as many people were ordering that. Great alternative for dessert and still being healthy!
